Light+Building is the world's biggest trade fair for lighting, electrical technology and home and building automation. The gigantic event had this year almost 2600 exhibitors from 55 countries and 216000 visitors from 160 countries.
The answer from the market was again the same positive, that acrylic is a fantastic material for design lights and the event strengthened our brands place and growth in the international arena.
The motto of Light + Building 2016 was digital – individual – networked and our goal to touch this motto was reached with the booth design and style, the product designs the materials and with integrated modern technique in the lights.
Showen news were the pendant lamp Annabell, the small Lisabell pendants in the new style and material and the small table lamp Cube with a LED-unit, all designed by Elizabeth Salonen. Also the old table lamp La Boheme from 1969 was showen in a new material combination. In addition to all this we showed the smart dimming control with bluetooth technique, now available to all our pendant lamps and the possibility of the wireless wall switch. The Kera Classics-serie had also got a now ceiling cup.
